Mike Ash	Mike joined SOTA in 2007 and quickly climbed the ranks to the position of Team Leader. He has held this elected position for three years and has been largely responsible for shaping SOTA into one of the most well-respected and competitive airsoft groups in the Northwest. His passion for airsoft is unrivaled, and Mike has become a formidable airsmith and has serviced or upgraded many of the weapons used by SOTA operators. He currently works as an Patient Access Representative for Kaiser, and lives in Vancouver, WA with his wife Tami and their newborn daughter Chloe. Justin Bad Karma	Justin began airsofting in mid-2006 as a member of Team Terror. Shortly thereafter, he became an original member of SOTA during the formation of the team in late 2006. Since then, he has served and continues to serve in numerous administrative and leadership roles for the team. Justin is responsible for designing and developing all media for SOTA, including the website and any promotional materials for SOTA, LLC events. Jesse Shogun	As one of the original founding members, Jesse started SOTA in November of 2006. Early on in the birth of the PNW airsoft scene Jesse began servicing guns and since then has become one of the most respected airsmiths in the Northwest. He is currently employed as a gearbox tech at Airsoft Outlet NW. Jesse is also an avid Warhammer 40k player and lives with his wife in North Portland. Chuck Geschutz	Geschutz started S.O.T.A. along with Shogun in 2006. He has taken on several roles for the team on the battleld. Julian Infidel	Julian joined SOTA in 2010.Graduated in 2011 from Washington State University with a Bachelors in Arts in Social Sciences: Specialization of Criminal Justice, Juvenile Justice. Brandon Pulsipher	An avid airsofter for many years before coming on board with SOTA, Brandon joined 2010. He is curently selling cellphones to the masses and recently moved away to chase his love. Brandon also enjoys shootin' fools.	Veteran Member

Tom Tactical Church	As one of SOTA's newest members, Tom joined in early 2011. He enjoys playing music, and also getting that unforgettable long distance sniper shot that leaves the enemy wondering where it even came from.
